WHO WE ARE
Stay Ready Football is a nonprofit youth development organization founded by Frostee Rucker, a former NFL defensive end who played 13 seasons. Operating under Frostee's Challenge (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), Stay Ready combines championship-level athletic coaching with mentorship that builds character, discipline, and life readiness.

FROSTEE'S STORY

The journey from Orange County, California to the NFL and back shaped his vision for Stay Ready.

A two-time national champion at USC (2003, 2004), Frostee spent 13 seasons as a professional defensive end, earning the Arizona Cardinals' Good Guy Award in 2017.

But Frostee's true passion has always been giving back. After retiring from professional football in 2018, he returned to his roots in California to do what he loves most—develop the next generation of athletes."I don't want to just coach," Frostee explains."I want to teach. I want to consult. I want to develop leaders."
