Stay Ready was born from a simple belief: every child deserves access to quality athletic training and mentorship, regardless of their family's financial situation.Starting with small group training sessions, Stay Ready has grown to serve hundreds of young athletes across multiple sports. We've delivered over 1,000 hours of programming and expanded our offerings to include personal training, consulting services, speaking engagements, and community events.But our growth has never compromised our mission. We remain committed to keeping scholarships available, training coaches with the same excellence standards Frostee learned in the NFL, and building a community where youth development is a shared priority.
